Engine 88 Fire Station Chicago, Illinois
The City of Chicago has embarked on a program to replace a number of fire stations dating back to the early 1900’s. Engine 88 Fire Station is one of those stations. The new station, following an established prototype design will be a 14,500 sf single story building with a drive through, 3-bay apparatus room. The new station will also contain officer and staff sleeping, locker and toilet facilities, training room, work rooms, dining room/kitchen, outside patio and support/mechanical spaces.
