We are pleased to announce that the Oak Trace Senior Living Community was recently awarded third place in the 6th Annual Senior Housing News Architecture and Design Awards under the Life Plan / CCRC Category!

The Senior Housing News Awards recognizes cutting-edge design, excellence and innovation in senior living.  The annual awards contest celebrated unique projects and companies that are improving the lives of seniors through innovative design.  SAS Architects and our design and ownership teams are thankful to be included in such a prestigious award!

Please see the Life Plan / CCRC section under the Senior Housing News Award page to learn more information on this award winning submission. To learn more about the recently completed Healthcare Center (Phase I), please see the Oak Trace Healthcare Center Project Page.  To learn more about the second phase of this project and some history behind this exciting development, please see the Oak Trace Senior Living Community Project Page. We are grateful to be part of this exciting development and cannot wait to break ground on the next phase.

We are thankful to our client for this project, Lifespace Communities and our development team, Greystone Communities, in allowing us to be part of this journey and a part of their team.  We are also thankful to our design and construction partners, including Pepper Construction, Perkins Eastman, Teska Associates and GeWalt Hamilton.
