As the Architect of Record and Interior Designer on the interior renovation for Waterford Estates we created a 3-D walkthrough prior to drawing completion. This client interaction showed the design progress in an alternate format including using VR headsets to immerse themselves in it directly. We leveraged this format into discussions and adjustments about the design, finishes, lighting, and layout to ensure we met the needs and expectations of the client prior to beginning construction.
