SAS has an ongoing relationship with Allstate Insurance Company since 1983. From typical building maintenance to restacking their 1,000,000 square foot campus, SAS has helped Allstate to create collaborative environments to house their 7,500 employees. Allstate Insurance partnered with SAS to rebrand their image by remodeling their headquarters to represent their new desired look. The design intent was to reduce special needs and create an open and collaborative environment, with height adjustable workstations and huddle spaces that promote flexibility. Break areas are scattered throughout the campus to encourage movement. Bold colors decorate the curved corridors and working spaces. A dramatic spiral staircase leads to the amenities floors with special functions including their cafeteria, gift shop, beauty salon and auditorium.
