SAS Architects and Planners was retained to Master Plan the 10 acre site, assist Ownership with the complex zoning and site association issues and to design Phase I of a 2 Phase project. Phase I consisted of a 6 story 125 unit Assisted Living Facility and an adjoining 1 story 35 unit Alzheimer Assisted Living. The 6 story tower provides space for Community Activities, Counseling and food preparation for the “Meals on Wheels” service program for the elderly in the adjoining communities. The future Phase II tower is planned to be an 100-unit Elderly Supportive Living Facility.
