Oakmonte Village Lake Mary, Florida
This Valencia Independent Living Facility represents the first phase of development at Oakmonte Village. Ultimately, the complex will be home to 215 Independent Living residences and 100 Assisted Living apartments. In addition, Oakmonte Village will offer 50 Tuscany-influenced villa homes. The collaborative effort between SAS, the Developer and the Contractor was highly cost effective, with less than a 1% cost differential between conceptual budget to final delivery.
