Pointe O’Hare Interior Renovations Rosemont, IL
In an time when commercial office buildings are challenged with filling occupancies, Bradford Allen engaged SAS Architects to reimagine their amenity spaces at Pointe O’Hare to continually attract businesses to their properties. Reimagining the entrance lobby included alterations to the existing wood clad walls and adding decorative lighting to more appropriately light and scale the space. A reception desk redesign and refresh provides a more prominent location location and appeal.
The art installation in the lobby area references the close proximity of O’Hare International Airport by installing a series of 3D printed abstract airplanes. The café was also remodeled to open up to the lobby increasing accessibility for building tenants, and providing high quality finishes throughout the amenity space. An expanded conference center and fitness center renovation also expand the amenity spaces within this building making it attractive to new tenants.
