Pointe O’Hare Interior Renovations Rosemont, IL
In an age where commercial office buildings are challenged with filling occupancies, Bradford Allen has engaged SAS Architects in a reimagining of their amenity spaces at Pointe O’Hare to continue to attract businesses to their properties. The entrance lobby’s reimagining includes an alteration to their existing wood clad walls and added decorative lighting to make the lobby more pedestrian scaled. A new reception desk design provide a refresh and a more prominent location for the reception desk.
The proposed art installation in the lobby area incorporates the close proximity of the O’Hare airport by installing a series of 3D printed paper airplanes on the wall. The cafe area was also remodeled to open up to the lobby to make it more accessible to building tenants and providing a refinish to make it a high quality amenity space. An expansion of a conference center and a renovation to the fitness center also expand the amenity spaces within this building making it attractive to new tenants.
