Project Info

This project involved the interior renovation of two existing assisted living floors into supportive living, one dedicated for memory care. The first floor memory care wing houses 30 memory care suites located in two neighborhoods, each with their own amenity spaces such as a dining room, living room and exterior patios. This scope of work involved the heaviest remodel as it converted previously unoccupied storage and required extensive rework to quality for residential suites. The fourth floor renovated the assisted living apartments and commons into supportive living with their own amenity spaces and entry. An emphasis on increasing the accessibility of these existing spaces was a prominent feature of this remodel. The design aesthetic represents the roots of the community and brings in touches of nature in the calming tones and wood details. Since direct sunlight was an issue, new Nano technology skylight features were used to simulate natural sunlight.
