This addition to the East Wing of Bria of Westmont’s existing Skilled Nursing Home features 15,400 additional square feet of administrative and public spaces, such as dining rooms, a library, living room, physical therapy area, with a state of the art therapy pool, and activity areas. A growing trend in Senior Living is the emphasis on rehabilitation and therapeutic services. This addition to an existing Skilled Nursing home created new opportunities for growth in a thriving Senior Living market. This project also included the redesign of the exterior facade, providing new life to an existing facility.
