Project Info

The masterplanning had one specific goal in mind: to create a unified campus by providing building connectivity and redefining open green space. Once complete, this campus will have a new entry sequence to enhance the wayfinding experience for residents and visitors. The creation of the new open lawn enriches the fabric of the existing conservation area, with continuous walking paths and access to pond views. The new buildings feature extensive public space positioned adjacent to a new quad which offers extensive views, courtyards and outdoor destinations. At the end of this multi-phased project, the campus will feature two Residential Living buildings, a state of the art Healthcare Center and Residential Living Villas to refine the sense of community and enrich the lives of their residents. Phasing for this project is particularly challenging as this is an existing Senior Living Community, so consideration had to be made to how to redesign the campus with minimal negative impact to existing residents.
